Latino activist group alleges states sending law enforcement to border engaging in 'insurrection'

-- Several states have sent officers and National Guard members to assist at the border

The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) is calling on President Biden to stop governors of several states from sending law enforcement officers and National Guard members to the southern border.

In a letter sent to the White House on Sunday, LULAC National President Domingo Garcia called out Texas, Arizona, Nebraska, Idaho, Florida and South Dakota for sending personnel to the border, claiming that it was an "insurrection" by a group of states improperly using their resources.

Both Illegals and the Biden administration are violating US immigration Laws....and states across the US are sending Law enforcement officers to the southern border to help overwhelmed US BP.

This Latino Activist group is asking Biden to step in and stop states from sending their law enforcement officers to the border.

Immigration law? I have no idea but it's definitely a possible violation of the Constitution depending on what they are doing. The Constitution clearly makes immigration solely a Federal Issue.
The Biden administration altered Immigration Law by changing the process of releasing illegals into the US AFTER they have been given a court date, the Biden administration is holding children / illegals in kiddie cages /detention centers longer than legally allowed, by assisting the trafficking of children and illegals all over the US without notifying the local and state agencies they are coming, and more...

When the federal govt REFUSES to fulfill its responsibility of enforcing US Immigration laws, when the federal government refuses to protect the sovereignty of the US and when it refuses to protect the lives of US citizens the states not only have the right but also the responsibility to fill the void by protecting their border and protecting their citizens.

Cartels, coyotes, and illegals are illegally crossing, trespassing on US citizens' property, destroying and damaging property, breaking into homes, stealing valuables and weapons, and injuring / murdering US citizens.

Due to Biden's FAILED Immigration policies states are having to step up.

It doesn't work that way.

So you are trying to say states cannot protect itself from illegal invasion, trespassing, destruction of property, drug / human / child trafficking, theft of weapons / car theft, assaults, murders and states can not assist other states?

Yeah, states can pass its own laws as long as they are not more strict than federal laws. That means states can have their own Immigration laws, the same ones Biden and Democrats refuse to enforce.

If someone is stealing a car they can be arrested but you know that is not what is being discussed.

Each state has authority over anything within its borders. Texas can defend its borders and so can Arizona and New Mexico. States help each other all the time with wildfires and storms and floods.

they are not there to do anything other then process and arrest illegals the feds missed. The Texas Government turns over everyone legally obliged to by federal law dumbass.

You stated states can not send officers to the border to help other states deal with Illegal Immigration. You are wrong.

As i pointed out, states can pass their own laws covering the same crimes federal laws do. Those states can then enforce those laws. other states can also send officers to help states like Texas.

Texas has its own Immigration Laws.

In addition to enforcing its own Immigration laws, illegals recently in the news in Texas could be charged with trespassing, breaking and entering, theft (weapons & valuables), grand theft / theft of vehicles, damaging public / private property and more.

You are wrong.

A state official has absolutely no way of determining who is here illegally and who is not. This has all been through the courts. Ask Sheriff Arpaio what happens when you intervene.

No they can't, The Constitution specifically makes immigration a Federal Issue. Sheriff Arpaio found that out the hard way.
