Russian trucks allegedly carrying only aid make regular illegal entry into Ukraine territory and refuse to allow inspections of the cargo. Journalist speak to troops from Russia on the streets of Donestk all the time. When foreign troops with foreign trucks, tanks, anti aircraft missiles, etc. cross a border escorted and supported by armed soldiers, it's an invasion.

Crimea asked for Russian assistance. They did not want to be part of the Nazi regime in Kiev.

When and how did Crimea, an Oblase {Province) taken over by unidentified armed men get authority to invite a foreign government to invade the the country. Can a group of Mexicans in the US declare themselves as an independent government and invite trucks to enter Arizona without being inspected and escorted by bus loads of armed soldiers?

What's your excuse? You are evidently too fucking stupid to realize that any defensive system can be overwhelmed. What ever defensive measures we put in place, they can simply overwhelm with greater numbers of missiles. A missile defense system would only be effective in deterring an attack from a smaller nuclear power like North Korea.

US Nayve Aegis System is very good. If I remember we forward based at least three in Spain. Probably have some in port on both coasts most of the time. Japan has some of these too. System can be installed on shorre too which I would recommend.
