1. When Covid eased off, demand rose and the supply wasn't there so the price rose.
2. When Iran was attacked, supply fell but the demand was still there so the price rose.

In 1. The world demand rose, 0% caused by Biden.
In 2. The gulf suppy fell, 100% caused by Trump.
