They don't block background checks, only the hidden gun banning of "Universal Background Checks" that would make it illegal to sell guns to family members, loan a gun to a friend, or sell a gun on your own, without having to go to a gun store to get a background check…..as one article points out, some people live a hundred miles from a guns store so getting a background check done becomes an undue burden….

And almost all the mass shooters passed background checks or avoided them by stealing their gun….and criminals never get background checks…

So on top of being a hassle and a means to prevent the law abiding from selling or sharing a legal product…..they don't stop mass shootings or gun crime….

And every method used to avoid background checks now….will still apply to "universal background checks."


And as for registration…….you guys have never show that it is needed…..why is that?

If someone commits a crime with a gun they can be arrested….no registration of the gun is needed.

If a felon is caught with a gun, owning or carrying it…they can immediately be arrested….no gun registration is needed.

So what do you need to register guns for?

And no….what we know is that any new data put into the already flawed background check system will be used to deny law abiding citizens access to guns…
