You should read all the posts of a topic before responding. I repeatedly said the officer that kicked him in the head should be charged. He did it out of anger and not to make him comply to putting his hands behind his back.

Was he suspected of some violent crime? They pulled him over for erratic driving. They had the car, knew who he was, the most serious crime he was guilty of was resisting. I dont think the cops response is remotely justifiable.
