The full truth can't be known. A virus coming from a vaxxed body can be transmitted to all others though this virus is special: it has confronted the vaccine and may mutate against it, which mutations may not be the same ones going down in the unvaxxed body. Omicron mutation N969K is a prime example.

Viruses are also mutating (and being transmitted to others ) on surfaces that are irrelevant to the vaccine's efficacy or lack of efficacy.

Its possible to be vaccinated and spread the leftyvirus. It becomes more probable when you look at the high infection rates of the Dimmer states who are also highly vaccinated. And it is a fact that Dimmers are goofy.
