 I banned his whole account
it’s at your discretion” When asked if banning process was an unwritten rule, Norai adds “Very. A lot of unwritten rules
It was never written it was more said” Olinda Hassan, Policy Manager for Twitter Trust and Safety explains, “we’re trying to ‘down rank’
shitty people to not show up,” “we’re working [that] on right now” “Shadow banning” to be used to stealthily target political views- former Twitter engineer says, “that’s a thing” Censorship of certain political viewpoints to be automated via “machine learning” according to Twitter software engineer Parnay Singh, Twitter Direct Messaging Engineer, on machine learning algorithms, “you have like five thousand keywords to describe a redneck
” “the majority of it are for Republicans”

(San Francisco) In the latest undercover Project Veritas video investigation, current and former Twitter employees are on camera explaining steps the social media giant is taking to censor political content that they don’t like.

This video release follows the first undercover Twitter exposĂ© Project Veritas released on January 10th which showed Twitter Senior Network Security Engineer Clay Haynes saying that Twitter is “more than happy to help the Department of Justice with their little [President Donald Trump] investigation.” Twitter responded to the video with a statement shortly after that release, stating “the individual depicted in this video was speaking in a personal capacity and does not represent of speak for Twitter.” The video released by Project Veritas today features eight employees, and a Project Veritas spokesman said there are more videos featuring additional employees coming.

On January 3rd 2018 at a San Francisco restaurant, Abhinov Vadrevu, a former Twitter Software Engineer explains a strategy, called “shadow banning,” that to his knowledge, Twitter has employed:

“One strategy is to shadow ban so you have ultimate control. The idea of a shadow ban is that you ban someone but they don’t know they’ve been banned, because they keep posting and no one sees their content. So they just think that no one is engaging with their content, when in reality, no one is seeing it.”

I am done with TWITTER!

I enjoyed it for a while and had built up a few hundred followers. I was recently locked out for two 'offensive' tweets concerning Muslims and told that I had to delete the two tweets and then wait a week in time-out before getting my posting privileges back.

I determined I would not delete the tweets. I keep getting email and text notices from [email protected] telling me that so and so is following me, or that someone tweeted this that or the other.

There's usually a note that says I can unsubscribe from these notices by clicking 'here'. When I do the clicking, I'm sent to a page that says I must 1st delete my offensive posts.

So, I close that window and go back to my email notice. I reply to [email protected] with the following:

Fuck TWITTER !

I will NEVER delete my two 'offending' tweets! You have my permission to delete my account and every tweet in it.

TWITTER is nothing more than a biased, leftist piece of shit message board.

I repeat:

FUCK TWITTER !

As I said, I am done with TWITTER and all of the liberal assholes that moderate and censor it.

My ex tried for years to figure out a way to mute just Howard Cosell's voice whenever he made a comment.

Howard Cosell was music to my ears compared to Jake Tapper, Don Lemon, Joyless Bahar, and Joe (Beavis) Scarborough.

All of these "technology" companies are just laboratories for social engineering anyways. We better get smart about "trusting" them with the intimate details of our lives or pay the price. Between the massive Federal Big Brother Domestic Spy operation and the likes of Google, Twitter, Facebook -- you've become a target for censorship and cataloguing.

Facebook's been doing that for years! They don't outright ban, but according to how much they want to censor you, they cut down a percentage of who on your friend list can see your posts.

Tbh, this is about the freest place on the internet. I'm here to talk smack, and lots of it, because you really can't on social media and many other forums.
