this is the pentadactylos-mountain in Cyprus taken by NASA...

Turkish Army painted Ataturks Face + Turkish Flag on mountain, you can see it from everywhere from the island

and this is From Northern-Iraq... Turkish Army painted there to show that everyone there is in Turkish armies radius... Saddam could not say anything.

under the Turkish flag it says : "hónour to whom, who can say I am a turk" (sorry for translation might not be the same as in turkish, but it comes too it)

When I went to Cyprus, I saw this giant flag of the turkish part of Cyprus, from the restaurant at the last floor of a building, in Nikosia.
