Turkey drops objections to Finland and Sweden joining NATO

Ukrainw wont have much of an economy, Russia however is still a comodity powerhouse.

US sirforce and even NASA get most of tueir Titanium from Russia.

Ukraine will be rebuilt and has western world's good will and respect.

Russia isn't going to have much of an economy either by the time they decide that they are done in Ukraine.

With Putin artificially holding the Ruble up vs interior goods vx imported goods....that's gonna cost Russia a lot. We are talking about hyperinflation to the point that they are going have to issue a new currency.

300% inflation is life destroying. The pensioners are going to die. Sad!

Some businesses will return. Money has no conscience. Others who lost assets won't.

Oil companies who invested billions will try to get their assets back....but Russian oil is currently unwanted on the open market. They would rather get the bitumen from elsewhere.

Money has no conscience, but companies work hard to maintain a brand in good standing with their consumers.

Some will see past the risk of doing business in that relatively small market, but the cost of that risk will be with Russia for a very long time.

Putin has nationalized ALL aspects of the petroleum industry....meaning that the Government has siezed all refining, pumping, docks, and ships. Made all the people Government workers.
Petroleum is acidic in nature....new seals and maintenance are needed on a regular basis....a $2 gasket is gonna cost him plenty in the future. Where else is he going to get one? Especially when he needs people who are good in instrumentation, fluid dynamics, hydraulics and etc on a massive scale. They don't grow on trees. They follow the money too....and Russia doesn't have any.

A bad day for Putin.

What Biden said at the NATO summit:

"...Secretary Austin just brought together more than 50 countries — more than 50 countries — pledging new commitments, and this is a global effort to support Ukraine: nearly 140,000 anti-tank systems, more than 600 tanks, nearly 500 artillery systems, more than 600,000 rounds of artillery ammunition, as well as advanced multiple launch rocket systems, anti-ship systems, and air defense systems."

If these are new pledges from the Ukraine Contact Group as claimed, it will be a significant boost to UA firepower.

A bad day for Putin.
Is this Putin's biggest fear? Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson meet at this week's Nato summit.
