With all this talk about funding the wall, I thought that it would be fun to see what happened to all that money that Obama gave away to everyone else. He gave money to everyone, if you recall. When there is an emergency that results in the death of Americans, and the President is hamstrung to take any actions on it, is not the President no-longer in control?

Think about this for a second. If there is a person dying in the street. An ambulance pulls up, but they do not attend to the dying person. Instead they stand by and wait for approval. Are the EMS techs effective? Or are thy just window dressing to give the illusion of medical care? Think about it.
