It’s not on him, that’s on de blasio. I work at a hospital not too far away from NY. Our supple manager said he almost didn’t even bother calling our usual supplier since they also supply to ny. He figures NY would clean them out. Turns out they didn’t even place orders until a couple of weeks ago. The fed or trump can’t possibly keep track of which hospitals need what.
