You're mixing in two separate issues.
1. I oppose the 600,000 Chinese in US colleges. I think Trump is looking at all the tuition that they would pay, but that doesn't offset all of the negatives. Will the colleges let the Chinese in to support Trump's plan? Or enroll US kids?

2. As part of the foreign capital expenditure of $billions many countries would also like to import foreign workers, like South Korea did in their new Hyundai plant.
