Trump's moves on RACE

At some companies, yea.

My brother was vp of hr for three companies. He hired a woman to replace him at the first one. She went to another company and took him with her. DEI candidates are in high demand and make double or 4 times what a white man makes.

So she left again to another company. She didn’t take him with her. So he took over interim until he found her replacement. A black guy.

How many qualified whites who work hard are being overlooked?
It shouldn't matter what color you are.

That's not a qualification.

I don't have a problem. I enjoy your Soy stories. Tell me again what racism is to you. :dunno:
Black Americans are the most openly racially hostile and entitled group in America today. Totally normalized by Democrats and mainstreamed media.

They account for the overwhelming majority of interracial violence and rape in the country at 13% of the population. The Democrats have instituted soft on crime policies because enforcing laws would disproportionally affect Black Americans who account for 60% of the country's homicides and over 2/3s of all gun violence.

Obama was actually the least qualified -

But the black writer Ta-Nehisi Coates makes a persuasive case that Obama has always been overly optimistic on race, in large part because he did not have a conventional black upbringing.
His formative years were spent in Hawaii, America's most racially integrated state, and the whites he encountered, namely his mother and grandparents, were doting and loving.
Obama was not the victim of discrimination in the same way as a black kid growing up in Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, or even New York or Illinois. As a result, he may have underestimated the forces that would seek to paralyse his presidency and to impede racial advance more broadly.
The president has said repeatedly since election night that the result proves that history is not linear but rather takes a zig-zagging course.
I lived on Oahu for a 18 months. Blacks are prejudiced against by locals just as much or more so than whites.
In Hawaii, native born Hawaiians are about as prejudiced as any cracker living in the South during Jim Crow, so I'm sure Obama got a taste of real racism growing up. He also got a taste of it when his mother and father in law moved him to Indonesia. He never seemed to get along with his classmates. He was pampered by his mother and coddled by his communist grandparents. He always felt he was an outcast, but mostly because he didn't try to get along with people. I'm sure he also had abandonment issues because his father left when he was an infant.

Oh you poor whites. Tell me more about what little bitch victims you are.

DEI as a mandate is dead. But hiring managers need to realize that most people hire people who look like them.

Hire a black ceo guess what happens?
What, did you think that what you dems did to America with DEI was just gonna go away quickly? Dems don't get a "oh, my bad" out of this one.

Every minority hired during that time will have to prove to others that they are up to the job that they were hired into.

DEI basically fast-tracked unqualified minorities into jobs that they were not ready for and everything suffered as a result.

Once they clean up the FBI they're going to have to put these folks thru background checks.

If they fail them, they need to be fired.

The problem in America is that the white racists who engineered the disenfranchisement were the same white people who it was left up to over see it's unspooling. That's like allowing the Nazi to decide when they've repented enough to the jews. It's why I advocate white replacement. Waiting on this racist white culture to decide for itself when it's no longer racist was never going to work.

My biggest disappointment with Barack Obama was the fact that no American President has ever been better-equipped to firmly address America's profound racial issues, and he essentially voted "present" instead of tackling them head on.

Biden? Uh, no.

On the other hand, and this is not easy for me to say, Donald Trump does find himself in a position to address race. Why that is, is a separate issue. But the way he's handling it -- decrees that just summarily wipe away any number of issues centering around race -- is a mistake. Instead, he could be carefully explaining WHY he believes that initiatives like DEI are not in America's best interests, and neither are they in the best interest of those they purport to be "helping". Isn't that the point of all this?

The opportunity is right there, waiting for him. But he's not taking it. Obviously he personally doesn't have the capacity to communicate these things contemporaneously, but that's not necessarily needed. He can do it in a speech that is carefully written for him (as long as he sticks to the words, of course). Get the ideas out into society, get Americans to talk to each other about it. But it has to start with Trump.

Instead, they're just going to cram this stuff down the country's throat, with no explanations, no discussion, no communication. It's a terribly wasted opportunity.

America doesn’t have profound racial issues. Only democrats do.

Nawwww. The problem in America is Democrats need to keep the black vote above 90% to win elections.

I know you don’t. That’s the problem.
It's not very clear. 90% of Black people vote democratic because they don't like and disagree with Republican policy. So what? Are you expressing soy feelings over that? What's going on?

Trump discriminated against blacks at his Queens housing development...but he's not racist.

Trump denied Kamala Harris's ethnicity...but he's not racist.

Trump is dismantling racial equality in government...but he's not racist.

Trump claimed Hispanic illegals are bringing drugs, and crime, and are rapists, and only SOME are good people...but he's not racist.

Trump accused Haitian legal residents of eating dogs...but he's not racist.

I don't know if Trump actually wants to accomplish anything positive about race, and certainly he only would if there were something in it for him personally.

So evidently, he doesn't see any benefit to him in trying.

Trump doesn't know any black people, so there is nothing transactional in it for him.

He did know Herman Cain, but he killed Cain at one of his superspreader rallies.

He knows plenty of racists, and so it is very transaction for him to give them what they want.

Cool NARRATIVES you have there, lil' g. :itsok:

Wah. Where's my Wepawations? Gimme gimme. Gimme now.
I'm not Black American. They aren't my reparations. And if you want to be an actual proud boy who's proud of the wealth White America has stolen from Black labor I'm not trying to stop you. Is that what you are? Are you a real proud boy? :dunno:

What? Your entire workforce will now be black? :dunno:

I don’t take pride from other's accomplishments nor do I take on their sins. They were glorified ditch diggers. No real skills required.

Democrats don't care about exploited labor. It's a key point of justification for allowing the migrant invasion.
