This is even worse...... A purposeful misrepresentation of campaign material in a national election? There's probably more than just the lawsuit here. There's no way it was done accidentally...... They may even have colluded with the Harris campaign to produce the final product. Aside from a massive damage reward there might be legal consequences.

Normally I would agree..... But there is another element here that has some real danger to it.
CBS in effect stepped into the campaign and became the candidate. I suspect that medial law is somewhat green in that area. This case Will probably help fine tune it.

I think CBS calls it typical editing to fit the segment in. Trump will have to prove intent. Unlike the crooked assholes that convicted Trump on intentions. I really hope Trump can root out the corruption in our legal system.
