As most people know, there are different definitions for the word intelligence.

The author of the article at the link below is concerned with the definition of intelligence as it relates to Trump’s contempt for the intelligence community. The author notes the dangers Trump’s total lack of respect for the experts in the field intelligence gathering and analysis would create if he is elected president. It makes for an interesting read and shows, again, that The Donald has no qualifications what-so-ever to be our nation’s leader.

Another definition of intelligence refers to mental acuteness. It is not surprising how easily Trump has exploited the complete absence of intelligence in the idiots who support his candidacy for president. The Donald has proven to the world what people of reason in the U.S. have know for decades, that the conservatism practiced in this country depends solely on the ignorance and refusal to accept facts by members of our society too stupid to pound sand into a hole.

In the coming election, the United States has the opportunity to show the world that we, as a nation, have moved past the right wing idiocy of the last four decades, especially that of the past eight years. Or, if Trump wins, that the U.S. has reached rock bottom and should be cast aside by the civilized countries.

There are many different forms of intelligence. Trump seems to lack the ability to master detailed information, and to recall it when necessary, off the top of his head. But he seems to have "Big Picture" intelligence, just like Ronaldus Maximus, which is why he is generally successful in real estate development..

Not many presidential candidates in recent years have been overwhelmingly intelligent, or even good orators, for that matter. Ted Cruz puts all the others from 2016 to shame, but it didn't get him the nomination, did it?

It is noteworthy in this election cycle that you don't see news clips of Trump when he sounds insightful or makes telling points with interviewers - only when he says something that sounds foolish, or can be edited to make him sound foolish.
