Old age can cause bruises on hands and arms with just someone shaking your hands.

I take blood thinners and I can pop up with a bruise on hands or arms with just barely bumping something. A hand shake damn near turns my hand black. Been happening for the 3.5 years after 4 stent placements and meds.

So no big deal with his hands now I would be concerned with a little droopy face.

My cardiologist has put me blood thinners. Just don't scratch the bruises, they bleed like hell.

I think Trump might be having mini strokes, but is still functioning. The right side of his face, (his right eye and corner of his right lip) are drooping....something made that happen. His bruised hands could be coming from the blood thinners they likely have him on.

I encourage you to look at the video of Trump and Melania at the 9/11 remembrance ceremony....Trump appears in pretty bad shape....especially his right side of the face.

What's weird is I saw him a few days later and the droop was not as pronounced as the 9/11 video of him...he must have been really tired?
