If that is the case then why did Biden steal boxes and boxes of classified documents, kept them unsecured in his garage, and in Chinatown? He gets to clearly break the law, but it is all okay because when he got caught red handed, the FBI took the documents? Since when is breaking the law okay just because when you got caught, you supposedly cooperated?

If Trump was “breaking the law”, then why didn’t the FBI take the documents the first time they came to Mar a Lago and looked at them? It would had been illegal for them to leave it there if that was the case.

Caught "red handed" over what exactly? If you read the laws regarding the mis-handling of classified material it only rises to the level of a crime if there was intent behind it. Otherwise it is a violation of the rules and subject to internal discipline. That is why Sandy Berger got charged with a crime. That is why Trump has yet to be charged with anything. And that is why Biden (and Pence) have yet to be charged with anything.
