The current occupant of the WH constantly makes erroneous, confused, contradictory comments that do not reflect reality. He can not distinguish fact from fiction, has been seen staring in to an eclipse without eye protection, thinks disinfectant is a way to prevent COVID, and believes he won an election he lost. The first laboratory-confirmed case of COVID in the US was reported by the CDC from samples taken on January 18, 2020. Yes, the vaccine had been discovered before Biden took office. But Dotard was too busy playing golf and challenging the results of the election to come up with a plan for national distribution. After that the anti-vax lunacy from the Right began, hampering acceptance of the vaccine's efficacy.
