Was the evidence "debunked" or simply thrown out without even being looked at?
It was looked at.
Rudy Giuliani presented it before multiple courts. THEY ALL REJECTED THE LIES
Were they “lies” or not enough evidence? Not the same thing.
Were they “lies” or not enough evidence? Not the same thing.
So... they were so incompetent so as to not know the difference? Trump’s legal team didn’t understand the evidentiary rules?

Thank you counselor. By the way...where did you get your law degree? We have "qestions"
We live in a republic

so I have had a lifetime of listening to both sides of the issue to make up my mind

here I notice that libs who are normally very suspicious of the courts have suddenly adopted the black robes as your heros

complete and total lies. Fabrications. There was no fraud. The courts have spoken. It is over. Biden won...
Link please. I would like to see the word “lies”. No one is disputing that Biden won. You just moved the goal posts, coward.

Competent lawyers didn’t participate because competent lawyers don’t really like working for Trump and because there really was no case to bring.
The lawyers in question made a business decision

They chose to stay on the good side of the Deep State and all the associated swamp rats in washington rather than work for trump and possibly never work again
No. They made an ethics decision. The filings produced by Trump allies were so dishonest as to be very unethical which is why there’s conversations about sanctions from the bar associations.

Of course. They were making highly dubious claims in service of the “ big lie”.

The courts have spoken. Trump appointed judges have ruled. There is no evidence of election fraud.

Hey Bonkers, do you even read your own link? No where in there do they claim there was no evidence. They didn't even spend the time (weeks) to even study and vet any of it. They simply ruled not to try the cases feeling an election is an election and it was better to leave it stand as it ended up rather than creating the turmoil of a court getting involved in possibly overturning one and being accused of then picking the POTUS instead and having to take all that political heat.

In the end, the courts decided that protecting the election itself was more important than addressing its correctness and veracity. They felt rightly that this is really a matter for the legislative body of the Congress to deal with.

Virtually every decision said that what little evidence of impropriety existed, in no way rose to the level that should over turn an election...in ANY of the contested states.
