Wrong! According to Hutchason's testimony, Trump physically attacked an SS agent because he couldn't go to the Capitol. That's prima facia evidence that he intended to lead the insurrection.

That's like saying aid to a murderer when nobody was ever charged with a murder. So again I ask last time you brought this up: WTF is aiding in an insurrection? Did Trump open the door for them? Hand out bottled water? Buy Big Macs for every rioter? He was a mile away still conducting his rally when they broke into the Capitol.
