Trump wins again: Michigan judge denies effort to keep Trump off 2024 ballot

That's true, leftists just say what they are told to say by their betters, they don't understand it because they don't question. It's like Biden. People keep saying he's "lying," but he just reads what he's told to read and believes it while he's saying it and doesn't go any further. The next day he'll say and believe the opposite when that is written on his script to say
You don’t have a clue. Do you ever leave the trailer park….

Let’s say it gets overturned . What grounds would that be that wouldn’t immediately allow Biden a benefit from it ? Think about it. What grounds. The court will have to write the majority opinion

The two obvious reasons would be denial of due process and violation of innocent until presumed guilty. That's why such a large number of Democrat politicians have even come out saying it will and should be overturned.

This is not meant to convince you. Nothing convinces sheep not to go baa. I wouldn't even try

I live in a trailer park like millions of other people do. You are saying that you are better than we are. Both sides (yes, yours and his) are bigoted . I would say for you to live with it but I hope you get over it.

I rest my case.

You’re living in a dream world….there is no guilt or innocence. There is according to Amendment 14, a question of conduct and the court ruled it was unsuitable for a candidate for president.

That's not what is happening. Until Rump is convicted of a felony, he has every right to be on the ballot and be elected as the next president. Now, if he is found to be the leader (or one of the leaders) of the attempt to overthrow an election then he should not have the right to run as President or even Dog Catcher.

The states are getting ahead of themselves.

What large number is this. The local elected dog catcher and the town drunk ?,

Nope. How about if he was 33 ?

And what country do you live in where judges get to decide innocence without due process, because that sure aint this one.

And you'd suddenly get that if it were a Republican court finding a Democrat guilty with no due process and be heaving your lunch.

You are a Democrat. A racist, liar and hypocrite. It's not possible to have a real discussion with Democrats while you have little/no standards for yourself and incredibly high standards for everyone else.

The technical phrase would be go fuck yourself hypocrite

I was actually serious about my expectation you hold yourself to your own stated standard or you're not worth dog shit. Freaky, huh?

You can’t be serious. Judge are empowered to administer due process…dah. The highest court in the state heard the case. He got due process.

I can't be serious about expecting due process. Got it, you're from Russia, thanks!

BTW, due process doesn't refer to their credentials, moron

You’re delusional. It’s being practiced now. He gets to contest the rulings as far as the courts allow him to. Stop whining.

Wow, throw some bullcrap into the ball game. Stay forcused.
It’s not at. It’s a qualification. You have to be a natural citizen, 35 and not engage in insurrection. Case closed.

You talk about standards after your precious post ? That’s a laugh.

Since when did I say Rump was not at least 35 and not a natural born citizen? What I did say was that if he is convicted of any of the current felonies in either Washington or GA then the intent of the 14th Amendment has been met. Until then, he is free to run for office.

Exept the 14th Amendment doesn't require a conviction.

This was intentional because the decision was made to grant amnesty to everyone who fought for the Confederacy, but they still didn't want these people showing up in Congress.
