mpeachment is governed by The Constitution, and Congress has to Vote itself as a body Impeachment Powers.

Nope. The Constitution gives the House sole power of impeachment. They do not have to vote themselves a power already granted to them by the Constitution.

In the past, the House use to reserve the subpoena power and no committee had it as a standing power. That is one of the reason previous Impeachment inquiries require a vote to give themselves subpoena power. Any committee that wanted subpoena power had to have a vote, not just impeachment inquiries. All that change in 2015 when the over zealous Republican House changed the house rules to grant several committee chairs the right to issue subpoenas.

If democrats wanted to impeach they would have done it the normal way so as to eliminate any kind of accusations of process violations.

There is no normal process. There is no constitutional rule prescribing any process in terms of the House procedures on Impeachment. None.

There is historic precedent. Meaning the way that it's always been done. And democrats aren't doing it that way because they know it's a bullshit investigation.

There is no legally binding precedent set in the past in regards to how the House must proceed with an Impeachment.
