crep the states are supposed to maintain those lists.....if they dont thats on them....in cal the election people would come around every few years to the various postal offices and tell us they will be sending out registration verification cards and they told the carriers they wanted us to hopefully be able to verify the name and address....the Apts were where the biggest changes were...
