Trump Vindicated as Federal Judge Rules Michigan Secretary of State Violated Election Laws

A federal judge in Michigan has vindicated President Trump by ruling that Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, a Democrat, broke state law when she unilaterally changed election rules concerning absentee balloting in the 2020 election. This ruling legitimizes a key claim made by the Trump legal team in its challenges to the 2020 election.

A major change imposed by Benson was loosening the signature verification requirement for absentee ballots. Michigan Court of Claims Chief Judge Christopher Murray ruled that this change violated Michigan Administrative Procedures Act.

There are 3.1 MILLION Absente ballots in question that are affected by the ruling. How many are invalid are unknown at this time, but the President won by 154,000 votes...

I think we'll see more of these cases coming to light, but nothing will be done about it. They aren't going to throw Biden out of office, plain and simple. Hopefully a few people go to jail, but I don't see that as likely cuz you gotta have sufficient proof that stands up in a court of law and that ain't easy to do. I think the most we can hope for is that as many states as possible tighten up their election laws with respect to mail-in ballots and the processing/counting process.
