You're not this thick, dude. Just ain't possible. Due to the ACA passing, her GP retired and her orthopedist moved out of the area to open a specialty practice. But that doesn't even matter: she lost her health coverage. The plan she'd had for 3 years was no longer available, requiring her to switch to my insurance (read carefully, now) at almost twice the cost.
