Trump, Iran threaten power, energy targets as war escalates​

I have mixed feelings.

1. I would rather not cripple the whole country.
2. We were supposed to only go after military targets.
3. The war should not be escalating when after 3 weeks, we have 90% of their military crippled or destroyed.
4. The IRGC does not submit to threats. They probably have emergency generators for themselves and only the people will suffer.
5. I'm unclear how destroying a power plant will free up oil in Hormuz.
6. Not only isn't this war going as smoothly as we were sold on it being a piece of cake, but I fear our mission is creeping:
   • First it was to save/free the Iranian people.
   • Then it was to stop any nuclear threat or military incursion in the region.
   • Now it looks to becoming political, just to get those gas prices back down ASAP for this Fall's election.

I think Trump/Hegseth better get in there real fast and issue a major smackdown real soon to get these barbarians under control.

BTW, where are all our NATO allies in helping protect what is really THEIR oil?
