/—-/ The EC forces candidates to campaign in low population agricultural states and cater to their needs that are different from the needs and wants of large city populations. How does it do that?
The 40 million people in California can be outvoted by the 10 million people in the 15 smallest states.
Really, then how come 90% of the campaigning is done in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin./—-/ The EC forces candidates to campaign in low population agricultural states and cater to their needs that are different from the needs and wants of large city populations.
A candidate would spend their time and money where the votes are.
/—-/ Thanks for making my point. The wants and needs of all states matter with the EC.Really, then how come 90% of the campaigning is done in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
None are small agricultural states.
Nobody is campaigning in big Texas either. We don't have all those political commercials running either; one or two but that's it.Nobody is campaigning in the small agricultural states.
North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Nebraska, Idaho
Has anybody campaigned there?

In california, for every 760,000 people, they get 1 EC vote.
In wyoming for every 760,000 people they get 3 EC votes.
Wanna explain how that's fair?

/—-/ They aren’t ignored. The small populated states get a seat at the table whether you like it or not.You said the EC protected small agricultural states.
I just showed the small agricultural states are being ignored.
So what's the NEW rational for the Electoral College?
/—-/ Because we don’t want to be ruled by California and New York.So what's the rational reason for the EC to continue to exist?
We know why it was formed, but that purpose had been overridden by the 13th amendment.
Nobody running for president is even visiting them./—-/ They aren’t ignored. The small populated states get a seat at the table whether you like it or not.
