It says something about how bad the D Party and it’s candidate is. Because voting for Don is really bad too.

77 million is more than Harris by a large margin. Considering Harris spent over a billion and relieved billions in free advertising it is the biggest mandate in our history.

49.81 to 48.25 percent isn't a large margin.

Trump couldn't even get half the voters to vote for him.

The claim he has a "mandate" is silly.

Typo "half".

And no, getting less than 50% of the vote and shrinking the House Majority isn't a mandate.

The only reason that the GOP took the senate was because of the favorable GOP/DEM split as to what seats were up for election. A situation which reverses itself in 2026. So there is a good chance the Senate reverts to DEM in 2 years and the House normally switches majority from the Oval Office party.

Trumps got about 2 years of just barley holding the Oval Office, Senate, and House. The likelihood is he will loose one or the other in 2 years.
