Trump to sell US Steel to Japan

Our beloved Pres.Trump knows what is best for the country and his people.
Supporting his decisions is patriotic.
Gullible - Trump is a multi-national politician who does what benefits himself, not USA. Syria bought him by building a Trump Tower. Qatar is giving him a $400 million Luxury B747.

Boy, it sure is hard to fight what happened under Biden and continues into the Trump administration

Of course democrats are not smart enough to pay attention hence Nippon's ongoing legal battle in the democrat courts to aquire U.S. Steel is not known or if known the democrats involvement is censored.

Biden straight up blocked the sale of USS. Trump is going to green light it.

As for Japan buying US Steel, it's not like they're going to close the factory and move operations out of the country. In the event of an emergency the U.S. can seize control of the factory.

In January of 2025 Biden was more interested in his diaper riding up than anything else. More like the Japanese didn't pony-up enough bribe money so someone in his sphere blocked it. Sponge Brains Shits Pants didn't even know where he was 5 Months ago. Still doesn't.

But you stick to your beliefs. Did Santa get you what you wanted for Christmas??

Trump takes more bribes than anyone in US history.

The Japanese are pure business. And it's not like they're an adversary

Buddy of mine back in the day owned a small, real small, factory but had some patents that the Japanese wanted. They made him a fair offer on it and he tried to negotiate with them. They immediately backed out. The factory closed down less than a year later.

They don't play around. If they want something, they make a fair offer and don't dicker around.

Japan is a very, VERY different culture and the people are very, VERY different from us. And everybody else for that matter.

Bet this is tied to tariff talks.

USS and MAGA are two different things. Making the USA self sufficient in producing its own steel is certainly one of the concepts contained in the MAGA vision and game plan.

Trump has been consistent in resisting Japan's efforts to acquire US Steel outright and there is no indication he has changed his mind about that. He is open to Japan investing in U.S. Steel or otherwise creating a win win situation for both countries.

I suppose it is possible he might be more open to a merger if Japan makes an offer it would be foolish for us to refuse, but I would guess it would come with the contingency of major Japanese investment in steel manufactured here on U.S. soil.

I trust Trump to put America and Americans' best interest ahead of ideology. He always has.
