Knowing a persons issues so they can e directed to the appropriate counselor for support is very useful as evidenced by how PTSD and Vets are handled. We know it is a bump is service and better for their care by having a dedicated line with trained specialists for them. That’s why it is provided. You just don’t like LGBTQ so you don’t want them to receive better care. That’s the sick part here. Petty politics. Not best practices.
