There can eadily be a peace deal without anyone surrendering land.

Making the victorious power surrender requires magic diplomatic skills. I don´t think it happened once in history.
So it won´t be easy. From an army that can defeat the Russian troops. Not easy but possible.
We do now have cheap discounter warfare featuring mainly infantry and drones everywhere and few heavy arms being involved. It means it all comes down to manpower and Ukraine has a problem with the Russian superiority in numbers.
Deploy an army in Ukraine. Full-fledged army.
