All he has to do is raise awareness that what we are doing isn't working, it's making things worse. What we do with awareness is up to us. Arresting thugs is the easy part, the police can do it if they are supported. What is exasperating and fueling this anarchy is lack of judicial accountability and faked sympathy for crooks while ignoring victims.
