They have not been counted.
Biden already won the state without those votes.
All that means is the count won't change and Biden still wins.

I guess after losing all those cases about fraud you need something to feel good about even if it doesn't matter.

Show us evidence of the number and of the previous ruling.
It came from a PA state judge.
They have not been counted. The Secretary of State had them segregate them and not count them.
Biden already won the state without those votes.
All that means is the count won't change and Biden still wins.

The FEC commissioner recycled the same nonsensical conspiracy theories you cultists have been spewing, and he has zero jurisdiction over the elections anyways.
The SCOTUS ruled that PA had to segregate votes coming in after November 3, but the Secretary of State had already made that ruling, and the number of votes that came in after November 3 was roughly 10k.
