Yet, the media’s incessant push that Garcia isn’t an MS-13 member got obliterated when the Justice Department released documents proving that he was.
Meanwhile, this development dropped as Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) went to El Salvador to bring him back or at least try.

He had two court hearings, one asking for asylum, which was denied. But it granted him withholding of removal to El Salvador due to fear of safety. The other hearing had nothing to do with removal.

Due process means he was processed under Title 8 removal proceedings, which he was not. Unless you know something I don't?

He's been here forever and indications are that he checked in as required.

However, that is no indication you can continue to stay.

I don't like the way Trump handled this and I don't like their attitude right now.
