Yes, they are all part of the dependency class except I’m not sure what you mean by landowners of national preserved land. And what exactly is the depenent class? CEOS who get corporate welfare? Farmers who get subsidies? Landowners of National preserved land?
Repealing the 16th Amendment would be a great start. Now, what is needed is a scheme to exempt the rest from income taxes.
So why pay taxes on nothing?Which is next to nothing.
Wait, didn't the 1996 Welfare Reform Act eliminate intergenerational welfare by capping lifetime benefits to five years?Yes, they are all part of the dependency class except I’m not sure what you mean by landowners of national preserved land.
But all of those still pay taxes. I’m talking about the hard-core dependency class living on welfare now third and fourth generation. Any “taxes” they pay, like on a bottle of Ripple or a pack o’ Kools is paid for out of the money that they are given for free so I don’t really count that as making them a “taxpayer.”
Do you?

As a heart attack. IIRC, Clintoon and the rest of the Democrats were dragged to the table kicking and screaming.
Wait, were you serious?
Wrong. All those I mentioned are getting free money just like the poor on wefare. There aren't any 3rd or fourth generation welfare recipients. That was ended by PRWORA. You can only get welfare for 5 years total. So how about those who get corporate welfare pay a living wage so people can become tax payers?Yes, they are all part of the dependency class except I’m not sure what you mean by landowners of national preserved land.

Right. After he promised to “end welfare as we know it.”As a heart attack. IIRC, Clintoon and the rest of the Democrats were dragged to the table kicking and screaming.

Is super high inflation good or bad?Sounds cool to me.
How many times must I be taxed for the sweat of my brow only to have it given to the most undeserving both here and abroad?
About time we had a POTUS looking out for us.
Right. After he promised to “end welfare as we know it.”
It didn’t work. I believe Obama’s stimulus packages included funds for long term welfare.
The limits only applied to TANF, not all welfare.
Plus no one was cut off who had no way to support themselves or we’d of seen story after story of their plight.
Here’s what AI says:
The length of time someone can receive welfare benefits depends on a number of factors, including whether they are subject to time limits and their individual circumstances:
- Time limits
The Temporary Aid to Needy Families (TANF) program, which replaced the Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC) program in 1996, limits federally-funded benefits to 60 months per lifetime. However, not all families on welfare are subject to this limit, and many states have imposed shorter time limits.
- Eligibility
People who are living under the poverty threshold, are children, are Black, are in female-householder families, have less than a high school degree, or are not in the labor force are more likely to be long-term participants in means-tested assistance programs.
- Individual circumstances
The length of time someone receives assistance can vary depending on their individual circumstances, such as whether they entered poverty due to a decrease in their household's income or because a woman became the head of household. Children born into poverty are also particularly likely to remain poor
Foolishness. What do you propose gets cut and what do you replace the service with?Cut government spending and we won’t have a need for all this tax revenue.
This is what happens when a spoiled brat whose never had to worry about bills is running for presdent. The man has filed for bankruptcy 6 times and people want to put him in charge of the country. This 'tariffs on all' plan is nothing but a reverse Robinhood imo....putting most of the tax burden on the masses, all the consumers, many who right now don't earn enough in taxable income to pay much in income taxes....
