I do not disagree that pharmacies are in the business of making an insane amount of money at the expense of those who need those drugs - you are talking about over-pricing medicine. Those sentenced to capital punishment would have been afforded the full range of Constitutional due process and protections at-law.

Just as with any other capital crime.

No doctors, pharmacists or pharmacy company employees or officers would be at-risk.

So long as they operate within the confines of the law.

And, the law can be 'tweaked' for the nature of the substance(s), quantities, repeat-offenders, etc., to narrow the field.
