A subpoena from a Grand Jury isn't a "fishing expedition". It says that those called have information about crimes they're investigating.

Trump has been a criminal all of his adult life. He works in the most corrupt business on earth - big money real estate development. Bribery, kickbacks, and defrauding the subtrades are a way of life for Trump. So is personally profiting from having your company go bankrupt. That's why American banks won't lend to him.

What surprises me, given his track record, is that ANYONE will still do business with the guy. All of his deals end up in the courts with people claiming (quite rightly) that they've been scammed by him.
