Since by "being racist" you mean not wanting to give preferential treatment to certain races, and since both sides serve the rich (look at the donations they get from Big Pharma, just to name one, and what Big Pharma gets from them), and since mainstream people are not nearly as eager to slaughter babies as the abortion lobby, then of course they will not change.
