The above addresses the one thing that Trump is fighting (the judge and the prosecution were biased against Trump) but the article also addresses all the other legal issues involved that make it close to impossible to overturn. In the case above, Trump has one huge problem which is the fact that 7 (or 9) other people were previously prosecuted in New York for the same issues and were found guilty and this happened before Trump was tried. As such, that Trump was specifically picked and prosecuted because of bias, goes out the window.

Wrong, he only limited it to the description the judge had of the laws. He did not allow the expert to describe HIS OWN interpretation of the law. The judge has the right to do that.
