No, if it were up to the other NATO members, Ukraine would have been admitted in 2022 or 2023.

He also fought consistantly in eastern Ukrain from 2014 until the full invasion of 2022.

Of course, he disguised his forces as "Ukranian separatists".

The truth is that Putin would never honor a cease fire, nor will he honor a peace agreement.
