How is it good for China to purchase and own American farmland?
Wow Taz, talk about a troll thread, do you have some hearing or mental processing problem? Where did Trump say it was good to have 500K chinese students? Or good for them to purchase farmland?
Do please point to where that was said in the video.
What Trump said is that we HAVE 500K chinese students in the country, and that it would really hurt a lot of colleges to expel them all, and that the chinese own a lot of farmland. He never said it was good, just perhaps currently necessary or unavoidable.
I don't think Trump likes either one, but like he said, it is walking a fine line between exclusivity and creating a bigger problem than we already have. And you can be sure that if he tried to ban all these Chinese, the Democrats would fight him tooth and nail.
But I agree--- left up to me, I would send all chinese students home unless they were US citizens and at that want to be sure they are not spying on us, nor do I like seeing farmland to China, especially as a lot of it is near military bases. I mean, would China let us buy up farms and stuff over there? But we are CAPITALISTS.
