Trump Says He Will Be Filing a “Major Motion” Soon in Response to FBI Raid on Mar-a-Lago

:th_believecrap:

The informants gave the DOJ recent info on what, and where to find it.

A GRAND JURY, issued a subpoena in June, which trump law team lied, and said they complied fully...returned everything. Doj found out they did not return everything, after 18 months of trying by them and the National Archives to get everything back.

You do know there is a court case that says the president can decide what is personal and what is not, and no one has a the authority to challenge his decision, right?

.

... and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Do you understand what "particularly describing" means? A 4 year window for documents doesn't come close to meeting that definition. The warrant is invalid on its face.

Did you read the Breonna Taylor search warrant, which among it's "particulars" of items, includes "Any items that may be evidence of other violations of the Kentucky Revised Statutes. "

As compared to the Trump warrant, which limits items to violations of 3 particular laws.

You do know there is the law, that the president has to follow, and 'take care' of, don't you?

Laws on handling compartmental, defense documents,

And the Presidential Records Act....

Did the Taylor warrant cover any piece of paper dated in a 4 year period? Oh and did you know breaking into a safe requires a separate warrant? They had no authority to access the locked safe.

The case was decided when all those laws were in place. The president has sole desecration on what is personal. Look it up, the case involved Bill Clinton and tapes he kept in his sock drawer.

General warrants are unconstitutional, and that's exactly what the biased commie judge signed, and higher courts will shove it up his ass.

.
Trump Warrant

All physical documents and records constituting evidence, contraband, fruits of crime, or
other items illegally possessed in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 793, 2071 , or 1519

Is far more particular than the Breonna Tylor warrant.

One mentions all articles that violate any of the Kentucky criminal code

Where Trumps mentions lal articles that violate one of only three federal statutes.

Wow, you can cherry pick one paragraph of the warrant, I'm impressed. LMAO

If the safe is listed on the search warrant, you DO NOT need a separate warrant for the safe alone.

So, if the FBI, DOJ and the judge violated the 4th amendment, where are the lawsuits?
Hmmmmmmm.........................
