Testing is worthless. It only gives you a snapshot of that particular moment, while you could still contact it the next day. To be 100% sure, you'd have to be tested every day.

I think that testing everyone is a great idea. Why? Because then we could identify those who have the antibodies (free to work), those who are sick (isolate and treat them), and those who have yet to contract it. That would give us a better idea of what to expect as far as hospital needs and also would help to get things opened up again.
