The Surrender Monkey and (Lurch) Kerry were almost certainly getting kick backs from ALL of the US monies they sent to foreign governments as well as the Solar Energy scam industry and other private contractors of which were paid millions for services that would otherwise cost in the 100’s of thousands. i.e., the Canadian computer firm that had a connection to the Obozo’s Wookie was paid $600 million dollars for work that another computer contractor who said they offered to do the job for $600,000.!!!!!!!!
