Trump could take a larger lead with a unifying speech, he is taking the play right out of their playbook, never let a tragedy go to waste.

The Dems are in trouble, they impeached Trump, they prosecuted Trump, they tried to debate Trump and now the assassination attempt, this is where the middle voters are starting to lean toward Trump over Biden, now if he picks a VP with some appeal, the middle will then look at Biden’s VP and Trumps VP, and who would you rather see in that spot.

If Biden were to drop out now, the Dems have to go to Harris and she polls worse against Trump than Newsome or Whitmer. Then Senate races are showing the if Republicans take one seat in a toss up state and it is in control of the Senate and probably the House and the Supreme Court. Plus at this point maybe the Republicans could get Thomas and Scalia to retire, they could sew up the Court for quite a few years.

If Biden can find a way to victory, then the House and Senate could go his way but he is behind in many toss up states.

Not caring who wins but Trump is looking better and better with each event.

I gotta say, all obvious polarization aside, I actually do.

We've been told by the MSM that 70% of the country loathes Trump.

Obviously no one mentally viable believes that.

But even some of the MAGA rank and file on this message board think it's like 60/40.

The COVID fake election enabled the Dems to obfuscate the reality, with their basement dwelling candidate and (as usual) obsequious media.

In 2024, about 70 percent of the country prefer Trump over Biden.

Full stop.

And within that context, a message of unity is an absolute winner.

I'm skeptical.

Good for you. I’d like to concur but I have to deal with my reality. My entire world is dominated by democrats. I see no change on the horizon. They offered more sympathy to Muslims right after 9-11 than they have to trump or trump supporters after yesterday.
