Just asking because by taking such a positive stance as you have on this issue, you both prove Trump and MAGA right while contradicting your own position 99% of the rest of the time as having been wrong.
Oh really? I live by curiosity. Curiosity is the very first stage in learning. That is how I understand that with 190 countries, the USA cannot make all of them mirror images of what we want them to be (imperialism) and that sometimes you go farther with a carrot than a stick.
You don't have to like Russia to realize there is more to gain in a peaceful relationship built upon trade and mutual respect than there is in constant military posturing. To be sure, just as not everything with Russia is totally bad, not everything with the USA is totally good. The trick is for each of us to maintain our sovereignty and integrity all the while also mutually cooperating and benefiting from the other in trade and other ways, so long as it is done smartly.
That is a far shorter path to world peace and human rights than F-35s, ICBMs and mutually assured destruction.
