You can’t make this up.

President Donald Trump told ABC News on Wednesday morning that the U.S. may seek a "joint venture" with Iran to safeguard the Strait of Hormuz, following his Tuesday announcement of a two-week ceasefire.

"We're thinking of doing it as a joint venture. It's a way of securing it -- also securing it from lots of other people," Trump said when asked whether he would allow Tehran to charge tolls for shipping to transit the strategic waterway. "It's a beautiful thing," the president added.

This war was a disaster by every conceivable metric. Now Trump all but giving permission to Iran to charge tolls through the strait. Trump even calls tolls a “beautiful thing!” They did not impose tolls before the war. Hormuz was open, and now it is closed and Iran decides who passes and who doesn’t.

When will MAGA learn that Trump is a king…the king of fu** ups.

What an absolutely vile, Zioslave, worm this man is. Yet, calling him a 'man' is a stretch as he increasingly resembles his master, the vile, rat, Jew

" These are horrible people, let's go in business with them"

MAGA: Trump is so brilliant, if you can't beat them, join them.

Can we expect a Trump tower in Afghanistan next?

Here is the truth, America and much of the West have underwritten Chinas economy to the tunes of many trillions and they have used your own resources to fund Russia, Iran, N Korea and others. When they run the world they will not be nearly as benevolent.

That's actually not a bad idea. Iran stands to lose the most from the Strait being shut down. They need the money and it shows that contrary to what they believe, Trump isn't a monster.

It also gives the US the opportunity to have a strong presence in the Persian Gulf, meaning we could pretty much control it.

Zero chance we control it.

This really has been the mother of all **** ups. But then again, it should come as no surprise. Every department within this administration has been little more than a clown circus. The Department of "War" is no different.

So now Iran is going to control the traffic that flows through the Straits, charging a toll no doubt, payable in what? Iranian Rial, highly suggest making a currency play here. And Trump is right, we really don't need the oil that flows through the Straits. Europe doesn't really need it either. China does, India does, Pakistan does, and now, well they will be purchasing that oil with Chinese yuan, not dollars. There is another currency play folks.

Look, Trump, and his damn numbnut advisors, thought we could drop a few bombs, lob a few Tomahawks, kill the Ayatollah, and Iran would humbly gather up all their uranium and turn it over to the US, abandon the financing of terrorism--as if we don't do the same thing, and gather together with the Jews of Israel and sing yahoo doray or whatever they sang in the Grinch that Stole Christmas down in Whoville.

Better yet, the fine people of Iran would revolt against the terrible religious theocracy and carve out a thriving democracy. Except, well none of that really happened. Now, the theocracy is as strong as ever, maybe even stronger. And damn, turns out, the Ayatollah wasn't as hardline as his likely successors. And instead of people in the streets revolting we got 14 million of them waiting around power plants to grab the express train to Allah courtesy of a multi-million dollar Tomahawk missile.

Zero chance we control it.

How so? Iran has no navy, no air force, and few missiles left. They could lob missiles at passing ships from the shore, but that would result in more bombing from the US military.

They can *****, moan, and threaten all they want to, but I don't think they're in no position to make any demands right now.

Wait, what am I saying? Let's just bomb them back into the stone age.

So how much are we going to charge Iran in tolls to let their ships pass through the straight?

Call me when it happens.

The usual cast of idiots have already commented (as expected) in ways that demonstrate that they've learned nothing in the past nine years.

It's becoming like theatre now. True comedy.
