Yep, and Trump will not get it. RICO convictions are an automatic five-year jolt, no reprieves at all. The judge may well deny him appeal on bond if he is sentenced to at least ten years.All it takes is one member on a jury to prevent a conviction.

He will be on a house-arrest situation. He cannot leave the perimeter without a judge's permission.Don't count on Trump going to prison.
