The ever changing narrative is a dead give away.
1. We've already had more than 70 phone calls from these countries wanting to make a deal.
2. We're in negotiations with 15 countries on trade deals right now.
3. We have a big trade announcement Friday.
4. We've made a deal with Great Britain. It's still being written so it's not ready to sign yet, but it's being written.
5. We're not going to be able to do 90 deals in 90 days, so Trump is just going to issue a letter setting out what the tariffs will be.
The reality is they have no deals and nobody is negotiating with them. Trump called and begged for that meeting with the Chinese in Switzerland, not the Chinese. They diversified their markets after 2017 so that the USA isn't their only customer.
Canada is now looking at ways of selling our electrical power and heavy oil, to Europe.
Also - Trump can't build his "Golden Dome" without us, and we're not participating in a mutual defense treaty with anyone who doesn't respect our sovereignty.
