Trump has decayed into pure fabulism now. Yesterday he said that Iran gave him a wonderful "present", a "prize". Everything is going perfectly. Iran is giving in on everything. We've won. It's over.

His words mean nothing now. There's no way to know if anything he says has even the slightest element of fact.

Hopefully some of what he claims is true. We need to get out of this quickly, before the global economy is brought down, us with it. If Iran would loosen its grip on Hormuz, Trump can claim he "won" and run.

Apparently leaders in Iran have contacted the WH and they and Trump have talked and are currently undergoing negotiations towards reaching a resolution, and in that spirit, Trump has agreed to suspend further military assault upon Iran pending the good faith actions of the Iranians.
